The LG BD300 just got the update for HD Netflix streaming and now following along the Roku player is getting an HD update. There is now official word of when the update will be out to everyone.

LG’s BD300 Blu-ray player is finally getting a firmware update which allows it to play HD streaming Netflix content. The firmware update is vBD8.11.480 and is also supposed to fix some small bugs with the player.
