On July 1st the n3D channel from DirecTV and Panasonic will start broadcasting. If you have DirecTV’s HD service as well as a 3DTV and the right receiver, you’ll be able to tune in.

Unlike most television providers Verizon FiOS has always offered a contract-less service option. The luxury of getting FiOS with out a contract came with an extra monthly fee, but that is no longer the case. FiOS is now available without a contract for the same monthly price as it is with a contract. However you are only guaranteed that the price won’t go up for a year.

Samsung’s C7000 series of 3D TV’s is now available for sale. The 50-inch PN50C7000 is available for $1,650 at Amazon, $1,797 at Vanns and $1,799 at Best Buy. The 63-inch will cost $3,000 from Amazon, while the 58-inch model is $2,350. |
